Once you have logged in, please follow the steps below to check in a complete order.

Check in a complete order

  1. Navigate to the Home screen. Underneath the “Quick Tasks” box, there is a tab labeled “Check In”. Click on the “Check In” tab.
  2. Enter the order number of the order your are wanting to check in completely and press enter. Once you have successfully entered the order number, you will see the items in the order displayed in the line item view below the “Order Number” field.
  3. To check in the order, click on the button labeled “Check in all”. This will check in all the items from the order, serialized and non-serialized.
  4. Return to the order detail screen and confirm the status of the order has been changed to “Returned”. For more information on the status of an order, click here.
